At Seashore Vacation Home, the health, comfort, and safety of our guests are our highest priorities. To ensure a clean and relaxing environment, we follow strict hygiene standards throughout the property.

 

1. Cleaning & Sanitization

  • The property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival.
  • High-touch areas such as light switches, door handles, remotes, and bathroom fixtures are disinfected with approved cleaning products.
  • All linens, towels, and bedding are freshly laundered and replaced for each new booking.

 

2. During Your Stay

  • Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request or may be scheduled for longer stays.
  • Guests are encouraged to maintain general cleanliness in shared spaces (kitchen, living areas, outdoor seating, etc.).
  • Trash must be disposed of regularly in the designated bins. Collection days are outlined in the guest guide.

 

3. Kitchen & Food Safety

  •  All kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized before guest use.
  •  Guests are responsible for washing dishes, cookware, and utensils after use.
  •  Perishable items should be stored properly and disposed of before check-out.

 

4. Bathrooms

  •  Bathrooms are deep-cleaned and disinfected before each check-in.
  •  Fresh towels, bath mats, and toiletries (where provided) are replaced for every booking.
  •  Guests are asked to ventilate bathrooms after showers to prevent excess moisture and mildew.

 

5. Pool/Outdoor Areas

  • Outdoor furniture, railings, and shared equipment are cleaned regularly.
  • The pools are maintained, tested, and sanitized routinely for guest safety.

 

6. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are expected to maintain reasonable hygiene standards during their stay.
  • Please report any spills, damage, or hygiene concerns immediately so we can address them.
  • At check-out, guests should leave the property in a tidy condition, with dishes washed and garbage placed in designated bins.
